CHECK OUT TIRERACK.COM OR GIVE THEM A CALL. I DON'T THINK THE OFFSETS HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH TIRE SIZE......THIS IS MORE FOR HOW THE WHEEL WILL FIT THE CAR.

The issue with this request is that a 19" wheel isn't recommended for the 996. There's not a Porsche recommended tire size for 19s - 18" wheels are the largest OEM wheel diameter.
Many people have run 19s on the 996 though, and so you should get some recommendations on what size tires will fit without rubbing, just understand that the recommendation is based on that individual's experience, not on an official recommendation by the manufacturer.
