if you open the hood...you will see all the options listed on the tag on the inside of the hood.

The code decipher is available on Renntech.com

I was actually needing a dealer printout and the dealers in my area are totally incompetent at running a build sheet. Rennlisters often can. Thanks

The VIN will not give you the options that are installed on the car unless you go to Porsche and pay $$.$$ for a list of the factory installed options.

As Sean said ^ get the owner to take a pic of the options sticker which is either a) inside the trunk lid (hood) or b) on the inside of the front cover of the Maintenance Manual

I've had luck at this site:

Vin Decoder

Updated: But... it looks like they've changed policy. Not available to anything to all - need customer number.

+1 at getting more info at renntech.org... (sometimes above and beyond the site listed above).

Go to Suncoast Porsche Parts, they have a link where you can email your VIN and they will send you an option list by email.

NAV
X51
The nav is pretty much a wash. But the X51 is worth a little extra.
Carnac-gene what else do you see?
