Default Switched 12V source near trunk?

I am going to run some LEDs in the front bumper for DRL and want to find an easy switched power to tap into near the trunk. I was originally looking at the heated seat fuse slot (w/o heated seats) to run higher power driving lights.

But these LEDs only have total current draw <1A and suggestions? Headlight washers?

I did this recently. I found a 12v source near the battery.

Which lights did you get. Some of the cheap (less expensive) ones are blue rather than white and bright.

I jumpered the high side of the seat heat fuse to both right and left parking/street/tail lights and then used that as a voltage source for LED DRLs.

OP,

I don't believe there is 24V power point in the car, it's a 12V system vehicle and shouldn't have 24V pick up points.

I'm looking to do this as well. Can anyone provide details and photos?

Can you provide specifics on the 12V switched source near battery?
I am experimenting with several LED lights, looking at flexible strip type that I can hide.

Haven't seen any real LED DRL lights made to fit our 996 though and I don't really like the short 6" lights with housing.
