I would need the following in order to make it a reality:
Chances are none of these will happen soon and I'm good with it............until the next moron posts a GT3 vid!
- Wife gets a really big promotion at the Bank
- Pete gets a really big promotion or if wife's promotion is ginormous than Pete retires
- Wife's sells horse or we have a horse BBQ
