I think I'm on the "no polishing" side at the portings.
Did not use flowbench, becouse only litle material was removed. Exhaust ports are very narrow where the two channels combine.
I took some material out from the divider, so the ports open up smooth.
Might lost some low end flow, but will gain more flow on the topend.
Don't think that the porting will affect now with stock exhaust, but after the 200cell cat's and new exmanifold there should be some gain.

Just out of curiosity, did you perform compression and/or leak down test before and after?

No, I did not perform any compression tests before or after. I have now drove the car about 200miles, and no problems regarding to the oil consumption or power.

I'll measure the compression after next oilchange, I'll post the results here.
