Default GT3 adjustable sway bar on front still rubbing w/ Tarett Endlink?

I installed the front GT3 adjustable bar on my C4s this evening. It was a bitch because of the extra reinforcement bars on the C4s.

But the main thing is that after I put everything back together, I'm getting what I can only imagine is some sort of contact/rubbing on steering lock. I have the Tarett Endlinks (PSS10 coilovers as well)

So, now what? I read somewhere that GMG has curved endlinks but is this supposed to take care of this rubbing?

Secondly, Can I drive my car (obviously avoiding excessive steering lock) with the bar on? I have an appointment anyways on Monday with Callas Rennsport.

What's the shadetree mechanic's input on this issue?

Ill be installing the rear adjustable bar tomorrow. I hope it's easier.

Send the swaybar and links to me for testing. I'll give you a free report.

Serious question, do GT3 bars work on C4S and turbo? That might be your problem.

C4 and C4s need the different curved endlinks to have clearance for the front axles. Even then, there still is some contact if the endlinks are not correctly adjusted.

Doesn't the stock setup use curved endlinks on the C4 and turbo? From what I've read you can fit the gt3 bar with the stock drop links on the c4 and turbo for this very reason.

Jyoteen where did you end up with this issue? I'm going to try something similar so any advanced insight you can offer would be welcome!

When my 2001 C4 was a dedicated track car I had GT3 sway bars from TRG and they changed my straight drop links to curved drop links. The problem with the straight ones is two fold. 1. Wear on the droplink and the axle. 2. Limiting your turning may be an issue in tight turns, curb wheels or grind the drop link is not a choice that you want to have to make.

Change to drop links to curved ones.
