First time posting, first P-car
About a month ago I recently purchased my first Porsche, a 2002 996. I can't even explain the joy I get from driving this machine. I smile just by starting the motor! My dad was really the one that got me started from his long addiction of Porsches (Owning a 914, 911SC, 964, and his current '00 996). Rennlist has been a tremendous help I must say. The information I have been receiving from this site has been very helpful, and goes to show I have a lot to learn!
My first Porsche meet was a big one, as I recently attended the Porsche Parade 2011. I did not register my car, but I did park it in the Corral on Monday, which was good enough for me. Here's a picture of the car at the Parade, as well as others I took in Miami a few days after I bought it. I recently took the tint off the car that the previous owner had put on, as you can see from the Parade picture. It just looks cleaner without it!
