Ok I am goin nuts here ... first off I dont own a Porsche but I have bought a set of Porsche calipers and mounting hardware that fits on my Audi A4 for an upgrade. The problem is that I rushed the calipers off to powdercoating before noting the part number so I can order pads !
I know, rookie move !
Now I am pretty sure that the part number (after much research) I think is 996.351.429-10 and 996.351.430-10 the problem is I am trying to order pads and the first pads I have been sent are all wrong, they look like they are more for a 6 piston caliper not my 4 piston calipers.
Here are the calipers before powdercoating in case that helps anyone ...
Now here are the pads that the shop wants to send me ...
they note a part number of 996-351-949-12.
Can anyone shed any light here on what I have and what I need ? It would be deeply appreciated !
Looks like you have a set of front '02 and up C4S calipers. The 996-351-949-12 part number are the correct pads for those calipers. What kind of rotors are you going to be using?
