I deal with paint defect issues all the time and nine times out of ten 3M Finnesse it (r) will take care of it. (on fresh ****) Just a little on a rag by hand no sandpaper or compounds just finnesse-it.

start with the least abrasive solution...which in this case should be a good rubbing compound and a dual action.
if that doesn't work, you may want to try a rotary, and finally if that doesn't work, you can lightly wetsand.
If I were you, I'd try to get some paint measurements before getting to aggressive.

How do you guys ever get anything done up there with it raining everyday? If I couldn't sit outside and enjoy the weather on the weekends I would go nuts. My car would also never see the light of day!!

dude its bad this year....even people like me who have lived here 45 years are having "issues" with this crap
