Default Tread wear

Today I found a phillips head protruding from the right rear tire. PS2 295/30/18 with about 7000 miles on it. Pulled the wheel off to get it plugged. (no lectures about plugs please. I promise not to go above 100 until I get new tires.)

What surprised me was that the tire wear was even across all 11" of the tire. I have the prescribed amount of camber on the rear wheels. I was under the impression that the inside of the rear tires always wore out faster than the outside. The guy at Discout Tire even commented on the even wear.

Is this a fallacy? If not am I driving the car wrong?
