I haven't seen everything, but now, because of the internet, I am getting much closer.

Titan Exhaust Air Jack Vehicle Lift New TTC-2.0
Titan Exhaust Air Jack is designed to lift a vehicle by its own exhaust gas. Place the flattened air bag beneath the vehicle and connect the hose to the vehicle's exhaust pipe. The exhaust gas inflates the air bag and raises the vehicle. When the vehicle is lifted to the desired height, you can turn off the engine and it will remain inflated for 45 minutes.

These have been around for years....since around the Model T I think. They are actually quite effective. I saw one used 20 years ago...picked up a Cadillac in no time.

I know several people that use these to lift their heavy/lifted truck out in the woods. Never seen a failure over a 14 year period.
I would get one but I don't get around to going out in the Land Cruiser any more, what with a job that is 100% travel.
