I have a 1999 996 coupe. It's in good condition with 90,000 miles on it. I noticed some noises from the front end/steering/suspension. I hear little noises when I hit bumps in the road & can feel some vibration on the steering wheel. The car runs & handles great, with no play in the steering. It feels like a worn bushing or something, but I don't know that much about the steering/suspension. Does anyone know what this could be? Please help.
Thanks.
Thanks.

It could easily be any of the front suspension bushings, or the front strut mounts. At this point in the cars life, any or all of these could simply have run their lifecycle.
Switch to an M030 RoW suspension full kit front and rear and I would guess all of the noises will vanish.
And you will also get a big smile on your face when you drive.
Simply piecing a part here and there will not be cost effective in the long run.

Hey Janusz,
Thanks for the info. I talked to an indy repair mechanic & he also said that it could be the front sway bar links needs replacement. He said it was fairly common & not too expensive. I found it here for $42.94.

Could be drop links, or in my case it was strut mounts.

Mine also is a '99. I replaced the suspension to ROW M030, purchased from Suncoast, about 3 months ago. What a difference!
I think the price was about $1100 for the kit. Definitely money well spent!
