To the OP: what type of driving? It will make the advice more relevant if we know whether you are driving street or track (or both).

Also, I've never seen anyone using an underdrive pulley for street use only. On the track it helps keep the power steering pump from overheating, but (IIRC) it also reduces other accessories alternator output, so your battery might not stay fully charged. It would be interesting to see what the power improvement is though.

Mostly street driving. Some track days. Street driving here is climbing several thousand feet up winding mountain roads. My daily commute has 1000' vertical in about 1.5 miles. We also have long winding canyon roads. This is a great place to own a Porsche

Ferdinand, can you say that all a little slower? I'm new to this all and don't know what all that means. I'm interested in starting down the mod trail, despite the various warnings that have appeared on this forum. Thanks, q

if you can get a hold of a 996GT3 short shifter.... they are more refined than the B&M short shift kit. Have no experience in the 997 shifter.

x74 suspension.... these are factory spec, rather than trying to dial in a spec with PSS9. Its more plug and play. PSS9 is nice if you want double duty for street/track... but adjusting the the rebound can be a chore.

RS motor mounts for more pronounced feedback of shifting/sound/feel.

Gt3 swaybars to dial in under/oversteer and body roll.

High flow air filter with stock airbox, for a nice sound and more air.

high flow sports cats (x-pipe 200 cel)... for sound and performance. Rather than modding the stock cans (no performance gain). These X-pipes will give you gains. Though the fister d are cheap enough, but may be to loud together.

I wont even put on an aerokit on and just keep it stock looking.

How much do you sell the UD pulley for and does it require a new belt? where is the HP felt... top end?

If its just a street car its overkill... Spend the money on a track day and learn what the car can do before you start spending big $$$
