Well done, that's a great price.

I used to get charged $80 for autocross alignments back in 2004-2005, which was how I could manage getting ~6 alignments a year. $100 seems to be the going rate around here (4 wheel, Hunter machine, someone who's done Porsche alignments and "race" alignments, meaning you're back there with them the whole time discussing what's going on, reaching the exact specs you want). That's for just an alignment -- no corner balancing and wheels on the car the whole time, and it's typically done in about an hour.

It seems the previous owner of my car had decided that toe out in the back was what he wanted. I will say it made for a fun car to drive at the autocross, though rather tricky with trail braking. A hoot in first gear through any tight sections. I went with 0.10 per side toe in in the back, 0 in front. We'll see tomorrow how it works.
