Question MK II Front Differential Rebuild Bearings?

'03 C4S. My front diff is leaking from the left side - only when underway - not badly. Indy put it on air lift and ran through the gears after installing 2nd new seal. Saw a couple millimeters of lateral play in axle, and gear oil drips.

Decision time - swap or rebuild. Indy cannot find exploded parts diagram showing bearings and seals. Anybody point me in the right direction?

Need this to figure cost.

Did 993 use same differential?

Did MK-I and MK-II use same differential?

Anybody rebuild one, and pass on anything learned? Need bearing type.

Thanks!

It's a GT2 aftermarket with Porsche lights and grilles. I wouldn't buy another one, even though it was on the car when I bought it last fall. It was from Wicked Motorsports, very poor execution at the attachment points. It does look good though.

Used front diff is installed ($$370 installation. !!) and the car is on the road again - feels good.
