DIY. Takes about an hour if you've never done it and costs $250 including 2nd day air for the part. I just did min last weekend. Dealer wanted $800 - what a joke. Now that I've done it once I could do it in a half hour - it's that easy.

I replaced mine rather easily. But my airbag light is now on. Any thoughts?

If you turned the ign on while you had the door panel disconnected/off the air bag light will light. If it lit after you buttoned everything up and put the key in the ign then something is not connected.

Either way you will have to go to a dealer to have it turned off or buy a Durametric Diagnostic Tool to be able to DIY. Durametric will give you capability to do many more DIY things..
