Are there any issues with different expansion rates of the different materials?

We have tested two engine for a year and a half all track use not a minutes problem with them. Some of you will be racing against these motors this year.

There is no problem with exspansion, this is done ever day with Subaru WRX, Porsche 951 2.5L & 3.0L turbo, Honda, Ferrari just to name a few.

That is excellent to know that there is another option outside of Jake on the East coast if Jake takes 8-9 months to rebuild an engine..

This would be to restore back to stock specs right? Ballpark price?

This is interesting.

How are those test cars running?

Have you had many takers yet?

Any advantages/disadvantages to running cast iron versus lokasil/nikasil?

Assuming one would reuse their existing "in spec" (or new) factory pistons, what is the cost for your ring pack on a 3.4L? 3.6L?

Can you also do bigger bores?

Edit: I think I may have found my answer in the link below regarding iron vs. aluminum and nikasil. Thanks Charles!
