Nice and simple...1 1/2" for each layer, 4 1/2" total.

Dunno about the 996, but it fits under the 88.
996 still in body shop

oh, and it cost $11.28 to build. (I already had some screws in the garage)

4.5 inches to the top board. the backstop is 6 inches...

Only if you are using 'white' man measuring device. Nominal lumber S4S = 1 1/2"x3

It was raining pretty hard and the back end got loose. I guess I over-corrected and the guardrail punished me.

I don't have any pictures of the 996 on them but they work great forward or backward. Of course, mine is longer.
