HELLO im new here just purchase a 911 c4s 2003 hi would like to change the face gauge for wite one ! im very scare to remove the needle ! need help wit it ! thanks in advance

Then perhaps you should leave it to a professional! The cost is minimal compared to screwing it up!! However if you are feeling lucky you can do a search here as some folks have done this successfully themselves and other have had problems... Good Luck!
