Could not find with a search why everyone seems to get the Ultimat rather than the Luxe. The Luxe is more expensive and thicker. I was thinking it might be a better choice to reduce transmitted tire noise. The Ultimat seems to have more logo options and is less $. Any other thoughts? There is also the Truberber style.
Thanks
Yesterday my new Space Grey with red Porshce script Ultimat mats arrived. They are replacing the black with white Carrera script Luxe mats. I think the Luxe mats look cheap. I can't imagine any significant difference in noise levels.

I'd be very surprised if you liked the Truberber mats. I have them in my truck. They're tough and utilitarian looking by comparison to the conventional carpet mats.
I like the Luxe mats because they harmonize better with the OE carpet in the car, where I think the plusher ones would look, shall we say, aftermarket.
I have a lightly used set of black ones with silver logos I've been meaning to sell. Switching back to graphite.
Thanks David. That is helpful to hear from someone with both. If the Luxe looks bad, there would be no reason to spend more money and also have less logo options.
