Default Engine stumble

I washed the car this afternoon and went for a short ride because it's the first nice warm sunny day in a while ... and about 10 blocks away, my engine stumbled at low speed after leaving a stoplight. I went around town and out on the highway trying a range of speeds and revs but the problem did not resurface.

Could this just be from washing the car? What could get wet that would cause a hickup like that? Or is it possibly the start of some other problem? Ideas?

Since you just washed the car, I suspect the common ailment of a cracked coil...

Thanks guys. Is it common practice to replace them all at the same time? The car has 75,000 miles.
