Dear fellow Rennlist members,
We have just become Rennlist sponsors and as such would like to introduce our company to those who may not already be familiar with us.
My name is Rich Goncalves and together with my business partner Vic Almeida have owned and operated R.O.C.S. Auto Inc. in Belleville, NJ since
1995. We are a bit unique in which we specialize and are known not only for our work on Porsches but also Bmw, Rolls-Royce & Bentley.
We grew up with these cars and are second generation Porsche wrenches, our family has a long established link to
motor sports dating as far back as the 1950's in Europe. Some of our customers have been with us for years and some have been with us right from the beginning
and remain loyal to us as we do to them.
We are a full service shop and parts house encompassing mechanical, electrical, performance and upholstery from 356 to current models. In addition we also supply parts and are official dealers for BBS, Brembo, Remus, Corbeau and more.
Some of you may recognize us as the guys who built Mark Morrissey's R-Gruppe car pictured in last year's
early911registry calendar and pictured in a few articles in "esses" magazine. We in fact maintain quite a few cars for PCA members and NNJR is familiar with our
DE tech inspections.
Thank you for taking the time to read our intro. We hope to be of service and of value to the Rennlist community.

So I would like to highlight these guys. I have been looking for a used 911 and ROCS came recommended to me from Marc. I live in CT and I had Rich look at the 911 for the PPI because the car was in Jersey.
Long and the short of it, he did a fabulous job and I ended up NOT buying the car. Furthermore, when I ended up buying a different P car, I asked his advice in the model / milleage / price and I ended up pulling the trigger.
In the next week or so I will probably bring my new (well ... used) car to have Rich look at it and tell me what I should do under the CPO. That means that I will be driving 30+ miles across two states because I like and respect these guys.
For people in northern jersey, NYC or SW CT area ... I would HIGHLY recommend them.
Thanks again Rich!

Welcome Guys !
Just a quick shout out for Rich , Vic & crew....
Look no further, they run a top shelf operation,
The accumulated knowledge between the gang is incredible,
its refreshing to deal with people, not a business model,
what you will find here is old fashioned honesty and service
that is 2nd to none.
Tune ups, tracks preps, maintenance to full restoration,
they have done it all for me .
They have been nothing less then fantastic to deal with,
I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and I am looking
forward to many more.
Good Luck Guys !

Hey I had you guys give me some estimates on changing belts for my 944 S2 years and years ago! I ended up getting it done by my father at his shop after driving the car to Colorado.
Good to see you on Rennlist, welcome!

I recognize that car !!! Thanks for the feedback Rich!
Hi Jonathan, thank you, we feel really humbled.
Fernando, you may hold the "longest distance belt job" record with that S2!
Best

My 2 cents: I used ROCS earlier this year to purchase seats and harnesses for this track season.
Rich was very helpful on the phone and responsive on email. They also advised my mechanic in solving installation issues.
Welcome!

My experience with rocs.
Honest - quality work - great rates - outstanding communication.
And the real true test - TIMELINESS!!!!!!!! Dropped off when I said I would - car finished and out the door when I asked for it!
Rich and Vic both took the time to go over my car with me. Even with cars lined out the door on a friday afternoon. You guys are a class act. Thanks!
