Right, the battery is in the front in the middle under the plastic cover just past the water tight seal under the windshield.

So pull the plastic cover off the battery and jump it. To be clear the battery is in the front trunk and not in the rear by the engine. Good Luck!

You might have to do as I did: Jump the car with another car using the system explained in your manual.
i.e. in the fuse box pull out the jumper fuse and connect the positive to it, place the neg. (clamp it to the body under the car) in the jack hole / pad. This is a better bond for the grounding than the door latch as suggested in the manual.
This should allow you open the front hood and replace the battery....I found Pep Boys had the correct battery for $99.00 best price as compared to Sears ($139.00) and Firestone ($198.00)...

When you reply click on the advanced button and than click on the paper clip symbol. That will open a window where you can browse for the file type / image you want to upload or attach. If you are doing that and it does not allow you maybe the file size might be the issue. Than you will have compress or reduce the file size before you can upload it. Hope that helps.

I would. You can connect to the + pole and connect to the u-bracket for the hood latch for the -. The reason you don't go direct to both poles on the battery is for fear of blowing the battery up.....I have to admit that I have done that several times throughout the years and have not had an issue.

I'll try that..
The problem is my cable is not long enough. I am going to jump the car now. Should I just pull out of my battery and disconnect with my porshce and then jump it? Or still leave it in my car and jump it?
The idea way is to connect those two points in my rear lib. However can't open it..lol

Huh? Leave the battery in the Porsche. Take another car and get it close to the Porsche battery. Connect the JUMPER cables from the Porsche to the donor car. Let the donor car run for 10 minutes while connected to the Porsche.......than start the Porsche and disconnect the cables in reverse of the way you put them on and don't let them touch each other.
