Dyno Update
I took the car back to the dyno today to see how things were shaping up with the exhaust and intake changes.
The details and comparative before/after dyno chart is here http://www.oz951.com/public/emmy.htm#2nd_dyno.
Looks like some worthwhile improvements across the board so far.

Nice pages
I have a set of the ebay headers allso. Allmost the same as yours, and same desing flaw on mine too.
The inlet hole on the flange is way too big for stock head, this will result turbulence in the gas flow and increase the back pressure. IMO
I was planning to weld the holes smaller and port mach those to the head.

Try buying a nut splitter for the future. It just splits the nuts in half then you tap the bolt out of the hole.
I'm not sure of the comparison in octanes but all they sell over here is 92 style of american octane with alcohol mixed in. Really does suck being forced into reduced mileage and performance besides extra wear on the engine. Track was even shut down so the one station that sold race fuel doesn't anymore.
I'm more and more convinced if it's going for the best deal of dollars to hp the nitrous route would be the least cost per hp. Or in realistic terms "THE BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK" especially if you blow the engine up
Here's just and idea of the nut splitters.

In short the current setup is running a satisfactory AFR above 4500Rpm. I haven't downloaded the ignition data yet but I imagine there is room for some ECU tuning of both AFR & timing if i can find someone to do a bespoke tune for my car on the dyno.
Bear in mind the AFRs measured are post cat.
To Barn996, Pac996, Speed, Bkj & R1de - cheers, glad you like the pages.

I have updated the dyno section of the page with ignition timing data extracted during one of the dyno runs.
It definitely breathes differently with the K&N filter and exhaust setup - The AFR is a fair bit leaner than stock. That seems to make the case for running with good fuel (if you can get it).
I'll have to get some data on the road with this setup and then switch the fuel to 99 (from 97) and see if I can get some more spark advance under load.

Jeneric, I wont know the answer to that until I dyno again with the stock header in place because I changed cats/headers/muffler/filter/RON between the original and recent dyno runs.
