Default Steering noise

My 2002, 996 ones warmed up have a steering noise, such as something is loose in the front, occasionally is like its is flooting and tracking. i have replaced the tires with new ones but still doing it

Cool

From your description so far, it could be any of several reasons: old wheel bearings, upper shock tower mounts, steering rack, suspension bushings.

Wonder if it is covered in the Porsche extended warranty ?

replace the wheel bearings.
