Default My new to me C4s

I have been lurking on the Rennlist for some time now, and thought I would post yet another thread with a Black on Black C4s.

Its an 03 with 101,000km on the clock.. works like a charm...

my sons got a K&N panel filter for my christmas present, so soon as the weather warms up, thats going in.

also on the shopping list is a Sprint Booster, SSK, and summer bling.. Victor Equipment Florio's I hope...

thanks for listening...

regards
Mike

Great looking ride Mike, welcome to Rennlist, and with pics even, well done. Kind of partial to black myself.

Nice car - congrats! I think the C4S is one of the nicest of the 996s, but then again I may be biased!

What exactly is a "Sprint Booster"? I have not heard of that before.

Welcome to the club

Mine is a daily driver and thoroughly love it. Looks like you've got PSE too.

Thumbs up +1 for Sprint Booster

Welcome,-- you made an excellent purchase. I put a Sprint Booster in my 02 C4S and couldn't be happier with it. My understanding is that it signals the throttle bodies to open wider with just a small amount of pedal input. So, you will tap into quicker acceleration with modest gas pedal depression. You can turn it off, and revert to stock settings if you need to. Like when your kid begs you to let them drive.... The best $300 I ever spent. They are on sale now on Ebay at that price; you will love it.
Also did the K & N, and have had not one hiccup. Just dont over-saturate the element with oil and you should be fine.

Nice 4S..... though I think putting Victor Florio on it will take away some of the 4S beauty. If you want to stick with Victor go with the Innsbruck instead. Either way... drive it like you stole it!

Very nice car!

Have fun and be safe. Don't assume that AWD keeps you out of trouble...the front wheels only pull when you have gas applied!

I took out my K&N...went back to Porsche Paper. Although I have used K&N in all my other vehicles...this one I am not.
