On the other hand, ED, who has a whole warehouse full of parts that won't fit any year or model of Porsche, didn't offer me squat!!!

That was the 1st thing I thought of when I saw your post. BTW...I have been looking at caliper paint.....you had a nice write up 4 years ago when you did yours. Sorry to hijack.

Thanks. It was not that difficult. If you use the brush-on paint, make sure you get a 1" bristle brush because the brush that comes with the Dupli-Color paint is very stiff and small.

You may also want to consider painting yout "top hats" at the same time. I also did a write up on painting those. Do an Advanced search on "top hat" (singular) in the Tiitle.

The speed yellow 996 C4S was brought home as an early Christmas gift in November. Then my bride (er Santa) had a yellow P-crest key fob, a Porsche golf bag and a black "Carrera" T-shirt under the tree. Not trading in either of them (the wife and the 996).
