After 500 miles, I wanted to make sure all nuts and bolts on the exhaust were still tight and have a chance to snug everything up if necessary. Everyone likes pics, so here they are.
I dealt with Alex at FabSpeed, who obviously knows the meaning of customer service. He was great to say the least. For me, it is all about dealing with people that are friendly.
Anyway, after 500 miles of driving to heat cycle them, these mufflers are great. Not super loud, perfect for around town to enhance the flat six sound and similar to factory noise levels at highway speeds.
Lightweight, stainless steel, power enhancing and increased sound, doesn't get much better.
Also, I'd recommend the FabSpeed V-Clamps for re-installing the tips, as the factory ones will likely be rusted tight and will likely break when loosening.
This job is very easy and straightforward. First-timers will take 3-4 hours, experienced wrenches should take 2 hours with simple tooks. No need to take off rear wheels or rear bumper, I didn't.
