I have been trying to figure out if there is an after-market hands-free kit in my 2004 996 cab. It has the factory Nav and Bose. Here are two pictures, sorry they rotated....... One is a microphone, and one ia an antenna.

Does this look familiar to anybody? If so, is there a pointer to directions on how to use it?

I would guess its aftermarket, but dont know for sure...

the colors in your pics are cool!! is that a golf cart??

Looks like you have or had an aftermarket kit in your car. I've got a Motorola kit in mine, but there is a little control unit on the "batwing" on the center console. You'll need to find the control unit, if it's still there.

Have you tried setting your bluetooth mobile phone to discovery mode in the car and seeing what happens? Maybe it will find it...

Yup - golf cart. Actually, it is a road-legal electric car based on a golf cart. Headlights, mirrors, seat belts, etc. There was a pretty good tax incentive last year, so I picked one up.

I tried to discover devices from my Iphone while in the car. No glory.

The colors a just a weird combination of the window tint, the flashlight, and the garage colors.
