spring only?
so for a first timer the fronts took 1.5 hr ea and the rears about 1 hour each - not rushing or trying to be quick/fast
spring compressor is a must, doing one wrong and re-doiong it is also a must (I guess )
straight to the alignment shop

Get a spring compression tool set or the load cannon is what you will have going off.
1-1.5 hrs each corner is about right for the first timer...
Best of luck and enjoy the time with your car.

If you get them on properly they work great. The cannon (in my mind) is the spring loaded against the Hat an someone not delaing with that kenetic energy sitting there waiting to go off...
Now if you don't get the compressor tool in right (or use cheap ones) ... you just light the fuse on that kenetic cannon.
