Come on, guys, is this the Silver 996 Forum? Seems that the only colors that are universally liked are silver or black. Boooooring. Bring me something that shines as different - I like the looks of that car!!

Hey, I'm not a big fan of silver either, despite owning it... but that Is a raunchy color.

How about some Mexico blue

I like the color. It is very unique, to say the least. I do remember my neighbor having an Olds Cutlass in about that color in 1970 however...

You like or not- look at the love/ hate comments about the "kermit green..."

OK Ferd, you asked for the pics...... don't blame me if they hurt your eyes!

BTW, I really dislike the Cocoa interior color. If I had a car with that color interior, I am afraid that every time I got in it I would feel like I had to take a s**t!

^^^ thanks Tim.... That color would rock on a 60's/70's 911. On a modern 911.... not so much.

I agree yet again - a coco interior, in a gold car? Yikes!

That color belongs on one of those '32 Coupe hot rods.

When you have a Porsche with that loud color you can get away with anything. I bet it looks great in person. I get enough attention with a black Porsche. Cops are always tailing me around, I think they are just looking at the 911.
I once saw a guy in a yellow Ferrari. I met him down town at the NAVY academe. He had yellow Ferrari shoes, yellow Ferrari hat, and a yellow Ferrari leather jacket. I said to him, if I had a yellow Ferrari I would wear the yellow shoes too. You should have seen the grin on the old man’s face…
