Default CDR-220 radio code web site

I did not get a manual with my car nor the radio manual nor the radio code. I have a PDF for the radio manual I found on the web. wyovino / Bill gave me an extra copy of my car manual (Thanks again Bill). Next was the radio code. No immediate need since my radio was working fine. That was until I got my car back from my Mechanic who had to disconnect the battery for some of the work he needed to do. I called the original selling dealer and gave them my VIN. They gave me the code at no cost. With a little searching in the right/wrong places I also came across a site that has a Java Decoder. It had the same number. Since I am not sure if it meets with the code of conduct on this forum I am not posting it until I get the official OK. If you need it in the mean time feel free to PM me.
Best,
Peter

I had no radio code either(same radio), so I went(4 years ago) to my local Porsche/Audi dealer where they charged me $50 for the code. It was worth it to me to be able to use my radio...it's also nice to save $50.

I replaced my old battery on my beautiful porsche 996 and now the radio is prompting me to enter the 4 digit code...which I can't find anywhere. Any help at all is greatly appreciated!

Hi Peter,

I'm new on the site and haven't sussed out the PM function as yet.

So, would it be possible for you to PM me with the link you mentioned?

Thanks,

Tony

Best of luck with the job search. I've been there and it's not fun. I'll put in a little extra donation. It is a great site.
