I have a 10ft ceiling, which I think is the minimum to park another car (sedans only) underneath.... I also modified my garage door. I had to lift it up another 17inches. If you look at the pic, the door rails (closest to the window) sits higher than the rail at the other bay. If you have a long enough garage, you should not have to do this... mine is 21ft length.

This is truly a blank canvas... We moved in not long ago and had a little girl. Looking forward to doing the floor and paint, at the very least, once things settle down a bit. If anyone is willing to share their experiences/suggestions I'd love to hear them!

Awesome carages! I am dreaming about a two-car carage.

From what I can see in your pic, you have plenty of space to work with, so it boils down to what changes are important to you. Painting floors and hanging up Porsche related art work are simple to do. GL
