Default How Do You Remove and Replace Rear Bumper Cover on 996?

2002 996 Carrera; Stock Arctic Silver/Black leather; six-speed manual, turbo-twist rims.

My wife backed my 996 into a railing in our driveway this weekend

Anybody have tips or pics on how to remove the rear bumber cover and replace with a new one? Sure it's and easy weekend project, right!

It's actually quite easy. The hardest part is removing the bumperettes because you have to put an allen wrench blindly up through the hole in the bottom. I apologize - I don't remember the size. Everything else is pretty straight forward - you can see the screws that you need to remove in the rear fender wells and underneath the bumper cover.
