upgraded oil pan just has different internal baffles, still uses sealant. The deep sump spacer which is installed between the engine and the pan uses the same sealant as well. So if the pan is leaking, you'll take it off, clean it really good and apply new, correct sealant. If it's the RMS.....and it's not too bad, wait untill the clutch needs replacing.
