Default Inductive RPM pickup - where?

Hypothetically, if I was going to dyno a 996, where would I hook the inductive RPM pickup up? Does it have a "loop" sticking out of the harness that triggers one of the coil packs?

I did a search and didn't find anything... but there must be a simple solution.

You can pick up RPM from the OBD port. Not sure if that is "inductive" per se, but when I did a dyno all they did was plug in an OBD sensor.

[EDIT: do a search for OBD and RPM (possibly in the GT3 section). I know some folks have picked up RPM for traqmate from their OBD port.]

According to the Dynojet folks, their software doesn't allow an ODBII signal to be plotted as the horizontal axis of the chart... (which would be RPM).

I guess I have to see if I have the "EZ RPM pickup"...
