I only know how to post YouTube videos... you take the video # (the letters/numbers after the "=") and put it between "yt" tags. The start and end tags have to be inside square brackets ("[" and "]").
Example:
{yt} QOodbdbN_vk {/yt}
(I used curly brackets instead of square brackets so you can see the text...)

I just copy or cut the youtube webpages address and post the link as just a link. This site displays the video box and all that way. Pretty easy to just add link with the little globe and chain link icon.
