When looking at buying a 360 or Lambo I was put off by the intervals called for by ferrari to check the timing belt. Kind of seemed like sooner than most clowns change their oil. actually it was seeing the way most others change oil with common cars. Anyway the interval really put me off to keep the car certified.

Agreed. Every 3 years seems ridiculous. On this car the belts had last been changed in '04 at 5k miles. 6 years later at 11k miles I'm changing them and they look like new. Checked/reset the cam timing as well which was a monstrous job. Porsches are cake compared to this!

FYI... the dealer service invoice (Ferrari of Seattle) from '04 for a 30k, belts, new clutch, flywheel, Tubi exhaust, etc., came to a cool $24k

Kiesan, your 355 is absolutely gorgeous. To this day that's by far one of my favorite Ferraris.

Un fricking real. As a matter of fact un fricking real was what I thought when reading their service the timing. At 24k I gotta say un fricking real again.

I once washed an old sewing machine I was restoring in the kitchen sink... It was a present for my wife - the only way I got away with it!

LOL! My wife is the same way. I have to clean my garage parts outside - rain/snow/sleet - feel like a Postman!

That Singer sowing machine is pretty cool btw - what an awesome find! This past weekend my wife and I purchased a vintage Louis Vuitton trunk to use as a coffee table and spent this week cleaning it up. Looks killer now..

Beautiful Ferrari Kie. I am a huge fan of the 355/360/430, but the cost of ownership snaps me back to reality... With that said, looking at a clean spyder is one's garage every day after work is worth the price of admission.

Still on my bucket list, just a little further out due to the economy... Enjoy that gorgeous car!!!!

Looking at 550's lately. They never drive those cars. 20K on a 90's Ferrari is big miles.
