+ 1 on PSE or the similiar mod. When your car has the proper exhaust note you will enjoy it much more than any radio mod. Congrats on your purchase.

Why would anyone buy a 40th?

Congrats!!

How much did they charge to install the LN IMS retro kit?

I am thinking about having it done as an insurance policy.

Correct on the Doral area.
The P Dealer charged $2k for IMS mod and RMS repair.
However, it did not COST me all of that

I know, too many keys. Actually funny thing is the bulk are on the old key set from the Benz I just clipped them together becasue I kept forgeting one or ther other hand had to walk back to get them constantly. But when I put the 996 key set together all I have on there are car key and a hosue key.
Less is more

right on. Good to hear you did the IMS / RMS.. was there a leak, or better yet did you get to see your original IMS?

IF you need a reference for an excellent indi in Doral, lmk.

I upgraded the key head for the key that goes in the ignition, so nothing is attached to it; it looks good by itself. The second key stays on the key chain as back up.

FWIW, FisterD's with ceramic coat...

Had a minor RMS but I used that as leverage with selelr and of course played it up. Never saw the IMS but dealer said it was OK. Really I did it more for peace of mind than anything else.

Hopefully I won't "need" anyone but I'll keep it in mind, LOL.

Yea, I looked at that key mod on Suncoast Parts probably end up doing it as well. Plus it's silver says 911 on it

Who is the Doral area Indy you speak of? Ive been using TuneRs in Coral Springs. Doral would be a little closer and having another indy option in Dade would be nice.
