Default green clocklike dial in speedometer area

waiting for the owners manual on my porsche cabriolet. in the meantime, can someone tell me what the green clocklike dial is in the speedometer area. thank for all the help of rennlist.

Hmmm... not so sure about it being green... but is it the **** to set your clock?

Believe it is the symbol the cruise control system is on. Press button on end of cruise control stalk and see if the green clock like symbol goes dark.

YES, Macter got it first, heh heh heh. That is indeed the cruise control indicator & I am on here long enough to know that Phil's name will come up too, Oops...
