Default Clutch?

Sometimes on take off if I let the clutch out slow the car makes a clutch squeak noise. Is this a sign of a going clutch or just normal? It does not happen all the time.

outside or inside? (the squeak)

more likely a throwout bearing, or shaft/arm rubbing.... when the clutch is gone, its goes quickly (ie 1 day) - any chatter? do you ever get it warm from use to the point of smelling hot?

Under the middle of the car. Sound coming through the shifter maybe. Sounds like it is a slip in the clutch not sure.

squeak maybe the wrong word for the sound. The clutch only has 8,000 miles on it and the sound is not coming from the rear more of the middle of the drive train. Only happens when slipping the clutch.
