Row M030 lowers the car about 1cm while the US M030 is same height as US nonM030. Not sure about sway bar differences. There was a classic article on the differences of these 2 suspension setups on the Panorama magazine back in '02. It used to be available on their website, but it has been buried for a couple of years. It would be great if someone could post the article here. So, their conclusion was that the lower center of gravity matched to the slightly stiffer shocks and bars made the 996 take advantage of the sport setting much better than the US sport suspension.

X74 costs more for a C2 than C4....weird to me, adn I'm a little bummed about it.

def want a lower Pcar, but wondering if it's worth ~10% of the car's value

your suspension is "tight" because you have huge wheels and tires with little/no sidewall.

ROW is just lower, with slightly more roll stiffness. the actual spring-rates are supposed to be pretty close. (from my reading).

I bought my car for $34.5K 3 years ago and have thrown about $15K into it with upgraded parts and maintenance. The car is worth $22K on a good day now. Is it wise? No but I love that damn thing and so it is worth it to me. There is no way I will find something comparable to my setup for what the market is willing to pay for it today.

ROW 030 is 20mm lower than the USA 030. Also, I believe the springs are a little stiffer.

Right on, I can see how 2cm would give the car a better look, lower center and better handling. The ROW M030 is higher performance. Maybe because the roads in Europe are in better condition? Here in So. Cal the roads are better than most in the US but I have to say not great by any means. Thanks

Sweet ride!! Maybe some tinted windows would really put it over the top? Just because I think the white with tint would look good.
