On the underside left side of my 996 there seems to be a piece missing towards the front near the radiators. The diagrams I have found leave a lot to be desired. I cannot see where anything s broken so I think it may be the fender liner air guide. I cannot tell for sure with the pictures I have found, so I was wondering if anybody would be able to post pics of the actual fender liner and the air guide from different angles so I can see before I purchase anything. Even Just an under body shot of the front would be helpful. It's hard to get a good view without having a lift. Thanks in advance!

upgrade for 30 bucks....

Its probably the brake cooling ducts....had the same issue on my 996.

Well I hope that is the problem because that would be a cheap fix! I just want to be sure I'm ordering the correct piece.

Unfortunately I don't have a picture of under my car but if you take a look at the diagram I believe it is Number 8 that is missing.

#8 breaks a lot, usually #7 is broken/missing on half the 996 and Boxters I see.

My #1 was Broken and i dint even Notice for months... I ordered a new one and it came with 8 and & Pre-Installed on it.
