Hahaha I love this place! seriously!

We didn't race or anything, but he mentioned he could beat me on a serious note. I just wanted to pass it through to you experts. Initially I thought no way and my gut feeling was correct. I have never been in a more responsive car on turns/corners then the C4S. I wanted to make sure 100% off a straight line that it could out-run a S4, which it does indeed. I'll save my gas for a Vette I guess

I had an 01 S4 6speed Stage II

Stock.. no way in hell
Stage 2 or 3, probably close.
In a turn, never.

Turbo AWD car w/hidden boost controller and/or good driver with good launch will get a lot of rwd/fwd cars from 0-60.

Any decent AWD driver can launch at 1.6-1.8 00-60ft times vs 2.0-2.4 for your avg rwd driver. Plus in my experience, there are a lot of dumb high hp rwd car owners out there. It seems like the higher the hp they have, the lower the brain cell count.

I can't believe I'm talking about this on a Porsche forum. I'll shutup now...

My 3.4 996 with chip, intake, and exhaust will do a high 11 second 1/4. I would think you'd have no problem beating him anywhere, anytime.
