-I do all of the oil changes, unless if I don't have time, then a local shop does it. This shop specializes in race porsches and the owner is an instructor at PCA and POC. The shop is called Precision Motion in Riverside, CA. A trusty shop called Lucent Motors in Los Angeles, CAhas also done the part install, alignment, etc.
-Work done in 2010: new front differential installed by Porsche dealership under warranty. I asked the dealer to do their complementary (basic) inspection of the car while it was in for the diff replacement and they came back with no issues they found.
-Work done in 2009: new plugs and clutch installed by my local shop. New battery.
-Work done in 2008: new water pump (it wasn't broken but the dealer replaced it due to a noisy pulley), new idler pulley, new alternator (bad pulley), new updated RMS installed by Porsche dealership under warranty
I've also bled the brake and clutch fluid every year.
I'm the second private owner. The first owner lived in NY and put 11k miles in 4 years (2002-2007).
I've put ~22k miles to date. (2007-Present)
Aftermarket items:
Porsche TEquipment street roll bar (no cross-bar)
Bilstein PSS9
RSS/IPD Plenum
EVO headers
Cargraphic 200-cell cats (passes SMOG)
PSE-style muffler hack

Aluminum front strut brace.
Authentic Techart pedals, including dead-pedal
19" Work Brombacher wheels with Continental Contisportcontact2
Sachs Stage 2 clutch
B&M Short Shifter
Parrot CK3100 Bluetooth built-in and integrated into the audio system. (It will mute the radio and the radio will say "TEL" in its display.)
Full custom clear-bra on the front bumper - no seams
Full custom clear-bra on the entire rocker panel, going into the door sill all the way back to the rear quarter panel - all in one piece.
Clear-bra on the hood and front fenders
Clear-bra on the mirrors and headlights
Clear-bra on the A-pillar
Clear-bra on the gas tank opening where the nozzle hits the paint
Clear-bra on the door edge
All clear-bra work was done by a good friend named Bane from Envisage Design Labs/Doza Designs who is used by FerrariChat, LamboPower, and 6speed members who only gets business by recommendation, not advertisement like others.
Issues:
-To my standards, I'd like the rear bumper to be painted because of the following two things that happened recently:
1) Some idiot blow-darted my car at night on the freeway. There are three small holes where you see the blowdart penetrated. I didn't know the car was blowdarted until I got home nor did I know who it was. It was a complete random hate/jealous act by someone.
2) Some idiot must have scuffed a grocery cart on the rear right. There are light scuff marks that did not damage the material but the clear-coat scratch is there. I've tried buffing it by hand and it has mostly gone away but I am not happy with that fact and I wish I had more time to polish it more.
Usage:
I've used the car on two big-track track days and three times on auto-cross.
I've used the car once on a PCA event parade lap.
I used to use it 2-3 times a week driving throughout SoCal. That usage has dwindled down since.
Reason for Selling:
Our first baby is taking all of my time nowadays. I don't think I can fully enjoy the car with him nor would I like him to be in the back of a small sports car until he's maybe 3 or 4 or older. I haven't "truly" driven the car for the past year. The battery trickle charger has been plugged in all the time.
Carfax History:
I have a carfax from when I checked in on 01/2009.

I hear ya. Unfortunately, that's the reality of the situation in which I find myself. My original budget was less than $30k so I've already managed to raise it by almost 3k. I also have to consider that a $35,000 car will end up costing $38,500 after tax/title/license/etc. A budget is a budget.
