Default Head Light Washer replacement-DIY

In re. my '99 cabriolet, I intend to replace a broken head light washer unit (passenger side) soon. The owner's manual covers the procedure for removing a head light unit.

Will doing so give me access to the head light washer unit, or do I have to go in through the inside of the fender?

Thanks for your thoughts.

No need to pull bumper cover; just remove headlight unit as described in Owner's manual and replacement is easy.

From start to finish, this job only took about 30 minutes and 15 minutes were spent removing the factory crimped hose clamp.

My 20 year old son, who has to play with everything, broke mine about an hour after I picked the car up for the first time. We were at the gas station filling up and he's walking around the car poking and prodding and pulling on everything and he says "What's this?" and pulls it out and snaps it off.

It was an easy fix - the new one pushed in until it snapped in place and that was that.
