Bekcker iPhone cable $100.
Has anyone tried the new iPhone cable from Becker ?

The Ipod specific cable does NOT require any type of radio alteration. This cable allows for a direct connect option for adding an IPOD to your current radio. It also automatically charges the Ipod.
If you are using any of the following: iPhone , Nano 4th & 5th Gen, iPod Classic 120GB, or iTouch a seperate charging adapter is provided at an additional fee.

This page http://beckerautosound.com/Porsche/0...6611_6612.html shows that there is no Aux Input allowed for the CDR23, which I have in my 03' model.
Would be a great solution though.

I have one installed in my '02 C4S. Becker sent me an adapter that allows the cable to charge my iPhone 3GS. I think the whole package was roughly $100.
It works fine, but of course you can't control the iPhone with the head unit. Also, I find that the sound quality isn't quite as good with the iPod cable as it was with my CD changer. There's some background hiss... it's very subtle, but you can hear it. If you play the music louder, you can hear it even more.
