I have them and do not like them much.... I have a new look coming shortly.
The fit can be suspect and if not perfect can rub on the paint in some areas. Also once they are bonded to the light, they don't come off.

I dont think that is too bad - personally I would not do either, just keep replacing the entire assembly about a 1/2 dozen times
