Default roof replacement

I could swear that yesterday I found threads on rennlist regarding replacing the 996 roof with a skin that eliminates the sunroof (for a racecar), but I can't find it now.
The part numbers and factory procedure were posted.
Cannot find it now. Does anyone have the p/n for the 996 roof skin and whatever else is needed?
Thanks,
Jon

Anyone care to guess what the total conversion cost would be (assuming all work done by a pro shop)?

I was thinking about doing this but with a fiberglass or Carbon Fiber roof to shed weight.

Do you have to run a cage if you do this or does it maintain the roof supports.

My guess is no cage needed and with cf probably even stronger than the oe roof skin.

Place here quoted me $700 plus the price of the roof - so about $1100.

2 trillion dollars give or take a thousand or so. Insurance will soak that cost right up. Unfortunately there are only pink roof tiles in stock, not a big deal.
