Awesome pics! Thanks for sharing. Looks like you had a blast.
My race last year at Road Atlanta was in the rain. Most fun I have ever had in a race car. Coming through T12 at speed in the rain separates the men from the boys

1. Surprisingly, that back seat was not near as wet as I thought it would be and dried out pretty quickly.
2. First DE, so I was a Class 1 driver (did "graduate" to 2 for the next event)
3. Pics were taken by Colour Tech South - apparently they show up at a host of events around the SE and are great to work with (~$50 for about 40 shots or so) - www.colourtechsouth.com
4. Will defintely do it again. It really is amazing learning that the car has much more capability than this driver!

Going under the bridge and entering a blind 12 in any condition seperates the men from the boys in my book!

fyi...my engineer knocked my camera out of alignment before the session so the angle is a little screwy but you definitely get the idea

I am like a kid waiting for Santa... so freeking excited!!

BTW, amazing save coming out of the turn! ...loose it either right or left there and its gonna hurt - nothing but concrete wall.

We lost about a dozen cars that morning in the wall going through T12 in the rain. I thought for sure I bought the farm. Wallet self preservation has a funny way of taking over in a situation like that

Also, will this be your first DE in the new car? Am really interested to hear your comments about the differences in handling and horsepower.
